Total Time: 5 minutes

  • 1/4 cup spinach, washed and dried
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Put all ingredients in a food processor, spinach first. Puree until desired consistency. Serve with a variety of cut vegetables.
