
Dennis L. Parker, PhD
Professor, Department of Radiology
Dennis Parker, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Utah and a member of the Imaging, Diagnostics, and Therapeutics Program at Huntsman Cancer Institute. Parker is a medical physicist and director of the Utah Center for Advanced Imaging Research.
He researches magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and non-invasive, image-guided, high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) for breast cancer therapy.
Parker received both bachelor's and master's degrees from Brigham Young University and a PhD from the University of Utah.
