Care Coordinator
Nutrition Counseling Dietitians are available to answer questions regarding diet and nutrition. View the Nutrition Care Services website or call the Wellness Center at 801-587-4585. Patient and Family Support The Patient and Family Support team assists patients and family members with questions about how cancer affects employment, finances, and relationships. They can help patients and their loved ones find support groups, counseling, or other related services. Call Kris Nelson, LCSW, at 801-585-0138. Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurses The wound, ostomy, and continence nurses manage conditions such as stomas, draining wounds, fistulas, vascular ulcers, pressure ulcers, neuropathic wounds, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, and functional disorders of the bowel and bladder. Supportive Oncology and Survivorship Service (SOS) provides support for cancer patients and includes an interdisciplinary approach to manage pain, distress, and other symptoms or concerns. |
