Her professional experience includes inpatient adult hematology/oncology and stem cell transplant (University of Utah/HCI) and pediatric stem cell transplant (Vanderbilt Children's Hospital). She is a clinical pharmacist in HCI's outpatient oncology clinic.

He completed his postgraduate year one (PGY1) residency training at the University of Utah and is one of four PGY2 residents in hematology/oncology pharmacy at HCI. Dr. Filtz plans to pursue a career in clinical oncology with interests in public health, academia, and research.

Dr. Gilreath received his doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005. He completed his postgraduate year (PGY1) residency training at the University of Utah and a PGY2 residency in hematology/oncology pharmacy at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston. Dr. Gilreath is one of four clinical pharmacists working with inpatients on the hematology/oncology medical teams at HCI.

In addition to working at HCI, his professional experience includes community hospital (Southwest Washington Medical Center) and private practice (Northwest Cancer Specialists). He serves as clinical manager at HCI, residency director of the hematology/oncology PGY2 program, and adjunct assistant professor at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy.

David Stenehjem, PharmD

Dr. Stenehjem received his doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2009. He completed his postgraduate year one (PGY1) residency training at the University of Utah. Prior to pharmacy school he worked in industry developing novel therapeutics. He is a postgraduate year two (PGY2) hematology/oncology pharmacy specialty resident. He works in both the Huntsman Cancer Institute ICU and pharmacy outcomes research center (PORC).

Research Interests: Drug transporters role in pharmacokinetics and resistance to chemotherapy
Hobbies: Seeking anti-gravity in the mountains by bike, skis, or shoes while enjoying the gravity
